People are very friendly, amenities are great, being near Downtown, the Southwest Suburbs, and within walking distance of multiple groceries and Target is awesome. Rent isn't the cheapest you'll find, but you get a lot more than what you pay for.

I would highly recommend Park Glen for the staff, the property and it's incredible grounds and location.

Park Glen staff are wonderful! The grounds are well cared for. The apartment upgrades are very nice! I love having a gym inside the building.

I love living that is it so easy to get places and there are a wide variety of services close by (grocery stores, Target, gas stations, Uptown, the lakes, highways) but yet that with the nature preserve on one side and the green way on the other, it feels like we are out in the country.

It's a community with mostly 20 and 30 somethings, in a great location close to Uptown, downtown, Excelsior and Grand, and the West End. The apartments themselves are very nice, and rent is comparatively reasonable for what you get.

Amazing, I feel safe all the time. I moved from New York and needed somewhere secure and rented without ever seeing the place, which was quite a risk to take... but since getting here it's been more than I could ask for!
